Admit it, we all either know that one person who struggles to admit they are wrong, or struggles to apologise. If you do not, check if that person is you... Sometimes it is not that they do not know that they are wrong, or that they could have done better, it is that admitting it aloud awakens their deepest fears and insecurities that they are not good enough, always wrong or making mistakes, and, once again reminds them of the inherited shame they carry.
Our need for their
Motivation will only get us so far; things will get done when we feel charged to do them.
However, with discipline... a structured, consistent and persistent approach... things will get done to schedule, giving you a consistent sense of purpose and achievement, without the guilt, pressure, and excuses.
Today I lost my excuse of needing motivation, and owned my need for discipline.
MOTIVATION WILL ONLY GET YOU SO FAR. GET DISCIPLINED.
