IT'S NOT YOUR LACK OF MOTIVATION THAT IS THE PROBLEM, IT'S YOUR LACK OF DISCIPLINE.
Motivation will only get us so far; things will get done when we feel charged to do them.
However, with discipline... a structured, consistent and persistent approach... things will get done to schedule, giving you a consistent sense of purpose and achievement, without the guilt, pressure, and excuses.
Today I lost my excuse of needing motivation, and owned my need for discipline.
MOTIVATION WILL ONLY GET YOU SO FAR. GET DISCIPLINED.
Let's find and build a schedule for y

THE ARROGANCE OF MAN/WOMAN: STOP DEVALUING YOUR PRAYERS BY IGNORING THE REQUESTED OUTCOMES.
Sometimes we are so focused on our goals that we forget to look up and realise that we currently have the things we were praying for.
Because it did not come in the timing, packaging or circumstances you prayed for, you have overlooked it, minimised it, and setup the potential to lose it, because you are not recognising, appreciating, and nurturing it, now.
You prayed for more money and now you have a job... but now instead of stopping, looking up and realising your prayer

BE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE IN THE INTERVIEWS.
If I read a copy of your resumé, took the time to read through your Linkedin profile, or sat in on one of your interviews, would it be a true reflection of who you are, right now?
Many give the 'sell', gain interest, respect and position, and then if lucky, the 'job', but few truly follow through on what and who they say they are in the interviews.
Look through your CV/Resumé... and then work on maintaining the characteristics and motivation you say you have.

SILENCE YOUR FEARS BY DOING WHAT YOU FEAR. CHALLENGE, YOU.
There will always be a good excuse to put off until tomorrow, what you can do today.
There will always be distractions.
There will always be unexpected circumstances that pop up and get in the way.
There will always be someone else who did it faster or reached higher.
There will always be someone else who makes it look easier than it feels for you.
Does that mean you stop trying?
Does that mean you give up before you even start?
Does that mean you start believing the v

JUST DO IT: YOUR TIME IS NOW
JUST DO IT!
No one can or will, work harder, or sweat longer, for your dreams than you can.
Stop waiting for that friend to read your manuscript, and just publish that book already!.
Stop waiting for that Coach to get back to you, and just start already!
Stop waiting until payday, and just book it already!
Stop waiting for the apology, and just move forward already!
Stop waiting for a sign and just decide this is your time!
STOP WAITING FOR PERMISSION TO BE YOUR ULTIMA

Happy New Year: Let's make 2018 the Year that turned the book of your life, into a best seller
Happy New year!! May the year ahead be the start of many more years that are overflowing with joy, peace, love, support, happiness, health, Self-Care, obtained goals, open doors, and wealth.
___
I've spent yesterday doing lots of preparation for the year ahead, from writing up my personal and family goals (I usually stick to two main goals, and then note things I will maintain), to drawing up a Family Tree of patterns, personalities, and outcomes (know thyself and who you h

WALK YOUR TALK, LIVE YOUR POSTS, AND TURN YOUR INTENTIONS INTO ACTIONS
It has become far too easy to become an observer within our own lives; sharing motivational posts, enrolling on free online webinars that we never attend, and excitedly buying into the intentions that fuel our sense of 'doing'.... yet, never turning the intentions into actually DOING.
IT IS TIME TO BE AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN YOUR OWN LIFE.
Before reposting anything, take the time to fully study, digest, and find active ways to incorporate the changes or reminders that mem

DON'T LET THE FEAR OF MAKING THE WRONG MOVE, PREVENT YOU FROM MOVING
There seems to be an obsession with making moves, especially the 'right' moves, with a fear of being left behind, or not 'appearing' to be winning.
Many compare their real life with the glossy social media 'showreels' of others, resulting in rushed commitments, or spending too much time overthinking each turn, wanting to ensure it is the 'right turn' - with quick returns, no risks, large payoffs, and zero investment. This is a fallacy! The ability to take risks, accept losse
