About the event
Reiki First Degree Course and Attunement. This course is an introduction to Reiki.
What is a Reiki 1st Degree Course?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy. The connection with, and use of this energy, is channelled through us and guided for the purpose of spiritual growth and healing.
Reiki is a non-invasive hands on (or hands off, depending on your preference) method of energy healing / therapy, offering the deep relaxation that helps rebalance body and mind.
I personally believe we all have the capacity to heal ourselves, and the use of energy is not a secret power reserved for those within a secret society - we can all channel energy and use it. However, Reiki offers an age old method of using symbols, and ancient Sanskrit teachings, to allow ourselves to be used as a channel of Reiki healing energy to not only heal ourselves, but also heal people, animals, and situations - welcoming a more peaceful life.
At this level, students will be attuned to the Reiki Level 1, supporting your development to heal yourself (and family and friends), and gain a better understanding of the self-healing techniques.

Reiki 2 Workshop:
After a Reiki 1 course students will have the connection to Reiki, so it is not necessary to take the Reiki 2 course unless you wish to offer Reiki healing professionally. Reiki 2 goes deeper into the system, teaching the use of symbols, distance healing, and the Reiki Level 2 attunement. To work professionally as a Reiki Practitioner, you will need to complete the Reiki Level 2 Practitioner course.
It is recommended to leave a minimum of 21 days between the Level 1 and Level 2 course, in order to complete the 21-day clearing process and practice using Reiki effectively.
Reiki Master Certificate:
To attune other Practitioners, as well as gaining a deeper insight into Reiki, and learning the Master Symbol, Practitioners who have completed the Level 2, will then need to complete the Level 3 Master Level.
It is recommended to leave a year between Level 2 and the Reiki Master in order to develop your practice.
If you are unable to pay the full fee, please contact me to discuss it at firstname.lastname@example.org.
