I facilitate workshops and presentations within Businesses, Charities and Community groups; offering training in Wellbeing within the Workplace, Self Care and Stress Management, and Conflict Resolution.
I also run public Workshops around Self Esteem and Self-Care, Family and Relationship Dynamics, Nutrition, and Reiki Attunements.

Wellbeing within the Workplace
Highly-effective teams, demanding roles, and pressure to meet and exceed the expectations of clients and customers leaves managers and employees sometimes putting their own personal needs and well-being on the back burner. This can cause burnout, family and relationship breakdowns, work-related stress, and depression.
I work with organisations and companies to present workshops that lower the risks of employee sickness and stress, and instead promote work-life balance and personal effectiveness. This is delivered through a package that offers several combined or stand-alone workshops and presentations on self-care, effective working-patterns, and stress management.

Well-Being at Work can take place over a one-day training event or over a course of weekly/monthly/quarterly day presentations to future promote and maintain your teams well-being and personal effectiveness.
Self Care and Stress Management
The workshop walks participants through the values and application of personal boundaries, wellbeing and health, stress reduction, and relaxation techniques.

Courses offering a healing journey of Self-Care and Personal Development through workshops designed to explore and nurture self, ranging from the following:
Journey to Forgiveness - A one-day introduction workshop, and a six week course, 'Journey to Forgiveness' explores the process of forgiveness (of ourselves and others), understanding, and moving forward, for ourselves.
Identifying Boundaries - A one-day introduction workshop, or a four-week course, designed to support you in identifying, applying, and maintaining personal boundaries, and assertiveness.
Creative Writing and Journal Writing - Available with the option of attending a one-day Introduction to Creative Writing course, or a four week course, the course workshop offers creative, therapeutic, and proven techniques, to encourage and maintain the journey of self discovery and care.
The Success Mindset - A six week online course (with the option of a one-week short course) tailored to teach you how to recognise and challenge negative thought processes and self sabotaging behaviours, while learning the mindsets and applications of rituals and daily routines, the successful sector of society embrace. Teach, Think and Eork yourself successful!
A weekly therapeutic group in South West London, to talk, share, and learn, while creating fantastic art and crafts like bespoke lampshades, cushions and clothes - it's called Healing Through Creations, and that's what we do - self-care techniques and honesty.
Discovering your Innerchild
A fortnightly group workshop to learn to reconnect, reparent, and support, your innerchild. From workshops on self-care, play, meditation and boundaries, you are supported in your journey to reconnecting with the little child that is within all of us.
Each workshop is group led and can be tailored to focus on the Organisation and/or Groups needs and requirements.
