Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via telephone call or email within 48 hours of your appointment. All cancelled and missed appointments are chargeable unless an alternative appointment can be agreed within the same week (depending on appointment availability). Appointments can be paid 7 days in advance, or within 24 hours of the appointment time. Please let me know if you have any issues making your payment.
